African American Speaker Series presents Dr. Leroy Davis, Associate Professor of 20th Century African American and American History, 20th Centruy African Diaspora, Emory University. The title of Dr. Davis's talk is "Mariamne Samad and the Creation of the Dashiki: The Making of a Radical Black Nationalist in Harlem and Jamaica. Questions/discussions will follow the presentation.
