Advising
History, Technology, and Society (HTS) majors are encouraged to meet with their academic advisor to plan schedules, verify degree requirements, and develop an overall plan of study. Advisors can also offer guidance about study abroad and research opportunities, internships, careers, and a wide range of other issues.

The HTS program has one academic advisor:
Dr. Amy D’Unger (Old Civil Engineering Building, Room 124, 404.894.7448) advises all HTS majors, minors, and certificate earners. She also handles all change of major and readmission requests.
To make an appointment with Dr. D'Unger, go to the Georgia Tech online advising appointment scheduler and schedule a time. To email Dr. D'Unger, click here.
Advising information can also be found on The Advisor, the website for academic advising resources for the liberal arts at Georgia Tech.
